YOUTH PUBLICATIONS

Youth publications are a powerful tool to amplify the voices of youth and change youth-serving systems. The Manitoba Advocate for Children and Youth engages and empowers youth via youth-led publications and research. We do this through:

Internal Youth Publications – youth-led summaries of Special Reports:

Our Youth Ambassador Advisory Squad (YAAS) is often consulted throughout the development of Special Reports to provide valuable insight on behalf of youth across the province. As Special Reports are being finalized, sometimes we engage YAAS members to co-create a summary to ensure that the information in the Special Report is understandable and accessible to children and youth in Manitoba and beyond.
